Javier had told his girlfriend that he had planned a couple’s photo shoot on the beach during their vacation here in Hawaii. We met on the beach and we went into our “portrait session” mode. We had planned to set up a couple of fun shots walking on the beach as we took advantage of the bright overhead sun.
Ashley dreamed of her fairy tale wedding in Hawaii, with family and friends celebrating together and sharing in this special moment. Everyone joined the couple on their perfect day at the Royal Hawaiian Golf Club. The majestic Koʻolau Mountains created a stunning backdrop for their wedding ceremony.
No matter the reason you decide to travel to Hawaii with your mother, photos on the beach are always the best way to remember it. Amanda and Blaire decided to remember this special trip with a quick and fun photo session on the beach during sunrise. I know that waking up early in the morning may not be what you want to do on vacation, but it is the perfect time to capture the best photos on the beach. Just check out these two!
Terell reached out to me prior to his trip to Hawaiʻi. “I’m planning on proposing to my girlfriend and I have a limo reserved for 4/6, how can we make this happen?” So we stepped up and put together the perfect beach proposal for him.
Picture perfect palm trees swaying overhead and the deep blue ocean was only a few feet away. Sandra and Michael were staying at the Kahala Resort and eloped on the beach just in front of their hotel. There were a lot of fun spots that we found for photos, with my favorite far-away shot on the east end of the beach.
Whenever I’m on vacation, waking up before the sunrises doesn’t usually cross my mind. However the sunrises here in Hawaii can be as equally spectacular as the sunsets, so the Lee Family decided to wake up early to capture their family vacation photos on the beach.
We had a lot of fun during the Pierce Family’s mini photo session with matching aloha print for the two younger children and a couple of shell lei. Waikiki Beach can be a little crowded, especially on a beautiful spring afternoon like this. But we managed to carve out a small little piece of the beach for their vacation photos.
One more trip around the sun and we had the chance to be there for Sena’s second birthday. If you missed it check out Sena’s First Birthday party from last year. We Heart Cake Company knocked this one out of the park with a donut-themed birthday cake. Just before the party guests arrived, we rounded up the family for a fun and quick family photo session. I love the way Seira decorates her parties and this year’s donut-themed party was pretty sweet.
Rene is from Hawaii, Mao is from Japan. And when these two decided to get married, it was without a doubt going to be a beach wedding in Hawaii.
Of all the places to get married in the world, Hawaii is by far the most sought after wedding location. With a lot of gorgeous locations and venues to host your destination wedding, why not get hitched in paradise. Nan and Xin found their paradise at Gannon’s Restaurant in Maui, the perfect location for an luxurious and intimate destination wedding.
The perfect way to capture a Hawaiian vacation is to take a romantic photography tour through some of Hawaii’s most beautiful locations. Especially when you are on your honeymoon. Ashay and Ayushi were on their honeymoon and planned to do just that. We decided to start at one of the most beautiful beaches on this island during sunrise for some picture perfect beach photos. And after we cleaned up and changed into our second outfit, we moved onto Hoʻomaluhia Botanical Gardens for another round of picture perfect Hawaii photos.
Three sisters and their families spent their early morning on the beach for a beautiful family portrait on Waimanalo Beach Park. This morning was exceptionally beautiful as the sea breeze casted a stunning haze over the ocean and mountains. What better way to capture an extended family portrait than early morning on the beach in Hawaii.
Kristine and Bruce were visiting from Chicago and excited to celebrate their engagement with a fun photo shoot in Hawaiʻi. I was equally excited because they were looking for “somewhere non-beach”. So we ventured up to the mountains and walked through the cool of the Nuʻuanu Stream.
Tyson and Lesley decided to have their wedding at the beautiful Koʻolau Ballrooms in Kāneʻohe.
