Mina-Marie and Aaron | Sunrise Engagement Photos in Kauai
Ninini Point, Kalapaki, Kauaʻi
The lighthouse at Ninini is one spot in Hawaiʻi that I have always wanted to photograph a couple at. After taking photos of my friends, Catrin and Davo just around the point at Kalapaki Beach, I always imagined it to be the perfect spot for a dramatic and romantic engagement session. When Mina reached out to us and found out that we were going to be on island for the weekend, we immediately set things in motion and planned for the perfect sunrise photo session.
Finding the lighthouse took some Google Map sleuthing, but once I found the right roads to take it was a breeze. Located just behind the Līhuʻe Airport and only 10 minutes from Kalapaki Beach, this spot was worth the wait. The sunrise was perfect, and I think every shot that we captured that morning were keepers. Congratulations Mina-Marie and Aaron on the engagement. We can’t wait to be there to celebrate with you next year at your wedding.
