One of our favorite moments during their wedding came during sunset. Koʻolau Ballrooms has a great view of the mountains, which seemed to light on fire as the sun set just behind them. We decided to step away from the festivities for a second to capture some gorgeous sunset photos.
The perfect way to capture a Hawaiian vacation is to take a romantic photography tour through some of Hawaii’s most beautiful locations. Especially when you are on your honeymoon. Ashay and Ayushi were on their honeymoon and planned to do just that. We decided to start at one of the most beautiful beaches on this island during sunrise for some picture perfect beach photos. And after we cleaned up and changed into our second outfit, we moved onto Hoʻomaluhia Botanical Gardens for another round of picture perfect Hawaii photos.
Tyson and Lesley decided to have their wedding at the beautiful Koʻolau Ballrooms in Kāneʻohe.
Megan knew that her wedding would be held at the Bishop Memorial Chapel on campus. The chapel is gorgeous with beautiful wood architecture and an immense pipe organ.
Everything about this day left us speechless. The bride was stunning. Their oceanside suite was breathtaking. And the groom’s vows left us in tears.
Baby Jason was born June 8, 2018 and welcomed home by a loving family. Big sister, Gracelynn and big brother, Daniel were ready and waiting to smother their new baby brother with hugs and kisses. There is so much love in this family that it is obvious to see in every photo. Moments like these are so special and I am so blessed to be able to capture these newborn moments forever.
The MacNeil's were excited to have their photos taken off the beach, somewhere fun that showcases a different side of Hawaiʻi. So I suggested one of my favorite spots in Kāneʻohe, a lush, green botanical garden with stunning views of the Koʻolau Mountains.
I'm not familiar with many places in Hawaiʻi yet alone the country where you can walk through a beautiful tropical garden alongside a pristine lake, turn around and take in breath-taking views of staggering cliffs and mountainsides. But I think the best part of taking family photos at the Hoʻomaluhia Botanical Gardens are the ducks that can be found at the lake.
Four generations of the Waddell Family spent their family vacation at Kāneʻohe MCBH located on Mokapu Penninsula. This area of Oʻahu is particularly beautiful because of its location a few miles out into Kāneʻohe Bay. The beaches are pristine and the Koʻolau Mountains create a gorgeous backdrop for any photo shoot.
